3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*13.3-3) This bidding requires bidders to have at least one sales performance of an automotive emission testing system similar to the equipment being procured (which must include at least a gas analyzer that embodies the Fourier transform infrared testing principle and a particle counter capable of measuring particles with a minimum size of 10 nanometers) in the past three years (from January 1, 2022, to the date of bid opening for this project, with the performance recognition time based on the date of contract signing). The equipment manufacturer mentioned in the performance should be the same as the emission testing system equipment provided by the supplier in this quotation. If the contract documents cannot reflect the specific characteristics of the above project, relevant supplementary supporting materials such as technical agreements are required.

2. Qualification Requirements:
2.1 The bidder should be an independent legal entity legally established and validly existing in the People's Republic China or in countries or regions that have normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China. (A copy of the valid business license or other similar registration documents of the level should be provided at the time of bidding)
2.2 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the vehicle emission testing system equipment for this procurement, and no agent bids be accepted.
