Qualifications or Performance:Performance requirements: Bidders must provide at least one contract agreement signed between January 1, 2022 and the bidding deadline, which includes the manufacturer of the data link testing equipment for this project (seller not limited) and is similar to the scope of this bidding (similar projects refer to similar cases including data link testing equipment). The contract must reflect the signing time, content, and signature pages of both parties. Otherwise, it will be treated as invalid proof materials.
