Overview:This procurement project intends to purchase a low-temperature semiconductor device analysis and testing system for conducting research on the electrical characteristics of semiconductor devices under low-temperature conditions.
The low-temperature semiconductor device analysis and testing system shall consist of at least one semiconductor device parameter analyzer host, which shall have at least five high-resolution test units, one ultra-fast pulse and transient IV measurement module, one pulse generation module and one capacitance test unit, and be equipped with one matrix switch host.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Bidders shall be independent legal persons or other organizations that comply with the provisions of the "Bidding and Tendering Law of the People's Republic of China".
